1. Agreement
By accessing or using SnoozeBay ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
SnoozeBay provides tools that help eBay sellers configure scheduled out-of-office and out-of-hours automatic replies to buyer messages without relying on eBay's Time Away feature. Features and limits depend on your plan (Tester or Snooze Pro).
3. Accounts
You may need an account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
4. Plans and billing
The Tester plan is free and limited to one-time testing (including a capped number of auto replies and a single schedule). Snooze Pro is a paid subscription billed monthly or yearly. Paid plan checkout will be processed by our payment provider (Stripe). Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with notice for renewals.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to bypass plan limits, interfere with other users, or use the Service in violation of eBay's policies or applicable law. You are solely responsible for the content of auto-reply messages you configure.
6. Third-party platforms
SnoozeBay integrates with third-party platforms such as eBay. Those platforms have their own terms. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or policy enforcement by third parties that affect the Service.
7. Disclaimer of affiliation
SnoozeBay is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by eBay Inc. eBay and related marks are trademarks of their respective owners.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, delivery of every message, or specific business results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or misuse the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive will survive termination.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
